Black Last Chaos is an independent, fan-run private game project. It is not owned, operated, sponsored by, or affiliated with Barunson E&A, Fawkes Games LTD, gamigo AG, or any official Last Chaos operator. All company names, game names, trademarks, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

An account grants revocable access to the Black Last Chaos services; it does not create ownership of the account, characters, virtual currency, or virtual items.
Keep your credentials private and use a strong, unique password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Shared, sold, transferred, or compromised accounts may be restricted, and account recovery may require reasonable verification.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when necessary to protect the service, its users, security, or the in-game economy.

Users must not harass or threaten others, impersonate staff, submit fraudulent reports, attack the service, manipulate the economy, exploit bugs, duplicate items, or use unauthorized automation, cheats, modified clients, or third-party tools.
Known security issues and exploits must be reported privately and must not be abused or shared for abuse.
Depending on severity and history, action may include a warning, mute, rollback, removal of items or currency, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of access.

Characters, rankings, virtual currency, and virtual items exist only within the service and have no guaranteed real-world value or permanent availability.
Balancing changes, corrections, removals, rollbacks, or wipes may be required to repair bugs, security incidents, fraud, exploits, or damage to the game economy. Black Last Chaos does not currently offer payment or donation services through this website.

Install the launcher, client, and patches only from official Black Last Chaos pages and channels. Files from third parties may be altered, unsafe, or incompatible.
Keep your device and account secure and report suspicious links, fake staff accounts, compromised files, or unauthorized access promptly. Black Last Chaos cannot protect or support installations changed outside the official update path.

The website, launcher, and game services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, bugs, emergency work, balancing changes, feature changes, resets, or shutdowns may occur. Continuous, error-free operation and permanent preservation of game state are not guaranteed.
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If you do not agree with the current terms, stop using the services.

Account, connection, and security data are processed only as described in the separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes of processing and will be completed for the final production infrastructure before public launch. Privacy policy.

Rules, features, and these terms may be updated when the service changes. Material changes should be announced through an official Black Last Chaos channel. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
